BONATRANS at the ERS Summit

On March 16–17, we participated in the second edition of the European Rolling Stock Summit (ERS Summit) in Warsaw, a conference focused on freight rail transport.
BONATRANS was a proud silver partner of this event.
Our Product Specialist, Petr Kucharczyk, introduced to participants from across the European Union our new addition to the family of stress-optimized wheels for freight wagons – the BONA830EM wheel.
This wheel builds on more than 25 years of our experience in developing wheels for freight wagons and responds to current challenges in this segment.
It is a wheel of modern design intended for universal use across all types of freight wagons. It combines a high level of safety with optimized weight and low noise levels. A key benefit is its significantly extended service life, thanks to the use of improved BONASTAR®ER7 steel grade and the possibility of operation down to a diameter of 830 mm.
It was our pleasure to be part of this interesting event and to meet experts from across Europe. We are already looking forward to the next edition.
