BONATRANS took 2nd place in the 2026 Employer of the Year Awards in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
The Pluxee Regional Employer Award is based on an assessment of specific financial and non-financial indicators using the internationally recognised PwC Saratoga methodology. It evaluates areas such as compensation and benefits, training and development, career advancement, corporate social responsibility, as well as financial performance and labour productivity.
For the sixth consecutive year, we have ranked among the top-rated employers in the region. We are delighted with this recognition, but it also comes with a sense of responsibility – we remain committed to being a stable, forward-looking company where people have opportunities to grow.
