It has been 5 years since we started a project called BONAGRANTY. During this time we can say that the project is still provoking positive feedback from our employees and the number of registered projects is growing year on year.
BONAGRANTY are intended for all regular employees who dedicate their free time to voluntary activities. Such employees have the opportunity to apply for a grant for their project up to 20 000 CZK. In addition, this year we announced an environmental challenge, thanks to which employees had the opportunity to obtain an extraordinary 40 000 CZK for a project in the field of the environment.
The spring coronavirus situation associated with quarantine had an impact on the number of this year's projects and their composition, but we still distributed 211,940 CZK among our employees.
We are happy for every initiative of our employees and we thank everyone who is not indifferent to their surroundings.
